Taster workshop to assist Yr 5 and 6 students will 'Closing the Gap' between where they are now and where they want to be.
What does it mean to 'Close the Gap'? Essentially it is decreasing the distance between where you are now and where you want to be. For these Yr 7 and 8 students from Christchurch this could be in classroom, within music, on the sports field or at home - wherever they want to get better results!
Guest speaking (on Behalf of Beyond Fitness NZ) for the Brilliant Tauranga Women networking event based at the BNZ Partner Centre in Tauranga. This 20min punchy presentation is based around taking 'ownership' over personal health and fitness and being in the driver's seat!
